All Cabforce bookings made by an agency and it’s customers are now visible in OneView – regardless of the booking channel
In today’s hectic environment of a business travel agency, large number of customer contacts to a service team are not only related to making new bookings, but to rebooking and modifying existing travel itineraries. Moreover, travel agents are also required to manage all customer bookings efficiently, whether the booking channel is a corporate online booking tool or a service team.
In March we have successfully released the first version of an integrated agency view for Cabforce Smart Tab in Amadeus Selling Platform, that allowed agents to manage the bookings they have created right in the tool.
We did not stop after the first release, because we wanted to fully support the channel parity and meet travel agencies’ needs better. Today we are bringing live the second version, and giving it a new name of OneView. Being unique in the market, it makes possible to view and fully manage absolutely all Cabforce bookings made within one agency, including rides booked through Amadeus e-Travel Management or any other agency specific Cabforce booking channel or tool.
